Our mission is to revolutionize efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in agriculture worldwide through intelligent, internet-based software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#46c284\">Where you come into the game<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a SaaS Sales Representative you are the bridge between our innovative software and our customers. You will be responsible for the entire sales process \u2013 from lead generation to closing the deal \u2013 and ensuring our products optimally meet customer needs. You will work closely with the development team, providing technical support and consultation throughout the sales cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proactively acquire new customers (Email, phone, social media) and qualify sales opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our SaaS products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarify technical requirements and advise customers on the appropriate software solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate pricing and contract terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate order processing and ensure excellent post-sales support, including relaying customer feedback to development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#46c284\">What you bring to the team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in SaaS sales, ideally in the Agriculture or B2B Tech sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate software features into business value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive, results-driven approach and confident management of multiple sales cycles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in German and English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry knowledge in the agricultural sector is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading
