You assume end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions meet company goals and optimally serve evolving customer needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Developing and communicating a compelling product vision and defining the Product Roadmap, based on market analysis, competitive benchmarks, and company goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritizing product features, balancing stakeholder input against user experience and technical feasibility. Creating detailed Product Requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steering and coordinating the entire product development process (Ideation, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales). Ensuring timely and high-quality releases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring industry trends and competitors to develop market-driven pricing models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#46c284\">What you bring to the job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience as a Software Product Manager in a technology-driven company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Background in software development, project management, or product marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in German and English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the Ag-Tech domain is a significant
