You will define the product vision, manage the Product Backlog, and ensure that our digital solutions, which are transforming the agricultural industry, consistently deliver value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsibility for the Product Backlog, its definition, and prioritization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and end-users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicating product requirements to the development team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and coordination of releases and sprints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring that the delivered functionality meets the acceptance criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting the product strategy based on user feedback and market trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#46c284\">What you bring to the job<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in international teams is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the agricultural sector or AgTech products is a major plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent German and English skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading
