{"id":10296,"date":"2021-06-24T13:31:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-24T11:31:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fodjan.com\/?p=10296"},"modified":"2024-04-08T16:57:33","modified_gmt":"2024-04-08T14:57:33","slug":"algae-in-pig-feed-the-algapork-research-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fodjan.com\/en\/algae-in-pig-feed-the-algapork-research-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Algae in pig feed &#8211; The AlgaPork research project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Wir von fodjan sind Teil des EIP-AGRI Forschungsprojektes AlgaPork, in dem wir gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern den <strong>Effekt von Mikroalgen in der Schweinef\u00fctterung<\/strong> untersuchen.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Kleine Alge, gro\u00dfer Effekt<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:19px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-style-gapless is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:50%\">\n<p>In der Schweinef\u00fctterung sind aktuell mehrere Herausforderungen zu bew\u00e4ltigen. Dazu z\u00e4hlen neben Emissionsthemen und der Erh\u00f6hung der Produktionseffizienz insbesondere auch der <strong>Einsatz geeigneter bzw. einheimischer Eiwei\u00dffuttermittel. <\/strong>Angesichts der wachsenden Weltbev\u00f6lkerung ist aber auch mehr und mehr eine Futtermittelproduktion notwendig, <strong>die wenig Agrarland ben\u00f6tigt,<\/strong> damit dieses f\u00fcr die Produktion von Nahrungsmitteln zur Verf\u00fcgung steht. Zudem spielt auch der Wunsch des Verbrauchers nach <strong>GVO-freier F\u00fctterung<\/strong>,<strong> Reduktion des Antibiotika-Einsatzes<\/strong> und dem <strong>Tierwohl<\/strong> in der Schweinehaltung eine immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rolle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Zusammenhang r\u00fcckt der Einsatz von <strong>Mikroalgen aus dem Chlorella-Cluster<\/strong> in der Schweinef\u00fctterung in den Fokus. Chlorella-Mikroalgen sind <strong>einzellige S\u00fc\u00dfwasseralgen<\/strong>, die f\u00fcr verschiedene wertvolle Inhaltsstoffe bekannt sind, so <strong>z.B. Proteine, Omega-3-Fetts\u00e4uren, Vitamine<\/strong> oder auch sekund\u00e4re Pflanzeninhaltsstoffe. Dabei sind auch der <strong>Gehalt und die Wertigkeit des Proteins <\/strong>sehr hoch. Mikroalgen besitzen also das Potenzial, als alternatives Eiwei\u00dffuttermittel eingesetzt zu werden und die <strong>Futtereffizienz zu verbessern. <\/strong>Aufgrund der Inhaltsstoffzusammensetzung wird Mikroalgen zudem eine <strong>immunstimulatorische sowie pr\u00e4- und probiotische Wirkung<\/strong> zugeschrieben. Damit wird die Produktion der Algen g\u00fcnstiger, die n\u00f6tige Biomasse wird direkt vor Ort produziert und die immunstimulatorische Wirkung wird bei Frischf\u00fctterung h\u00f6her eingesch\u00e4tzt als bei der F\u00fctterung von getrockneten Algen. Damit soll die Tiergesundheit, das Tierwohl und die Wirtschaftlichkeit in der Schweinemast weiter verbessert werden. Wir freuen uns schon auf die Ergebnisse des Versuchs!<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:44px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Projektpartner<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Die Versuche werden dabei in der Agraset-Agrargenossenschaft eG Naundorf (Landkreis Mittelsachsen) durchgef\u00fchrt. Insgesamt werden hier pro Jahr 16.200 Mastschweine pro Jahr gem\u00e4stet. Daneben betreibt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agraset.de\/new\/pages\/about\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"Agraset (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Agraset<\/a> noch weitere Betriebszweige wie z.B. Pflanzenbau auf 5.260 ha und Milchproduktion mit 950 Milchk\u00fchen, mehr Infos auf www.agraset.de. Die Algen werden dann direkt auf dem Betrieb in einem Photobioreaktor produziert und an Tiere in der Vormast verf\u00fcttert.<\/p>\n\n<p>Von der <strong>GICON \u2013 Gro\u00dfmann Ingenieur Consult GmbH<\/strong> (Dresden) stammt der Photobioreaktor und wird die technische Betreuung des Photobioreaktors \u00fcbernommen. In diesem werden die Algen kultiviert. Diese und weitere Versuche im Labor der Uni Rostock ergaben wichtige erste Erkenntnisse. Zudem wurde die Anlage konzipiert bzw. geplant und ein Versuchsplan f\u00fcr den eigentlichen Versuch entwickelt. Erste Versuchsreihen haben sehr positive Ergebnisse gezeigt. <strong>W\u00e4hrend die Tiergesundheit gesteigert werden konnte, sind der Futtermitteleinsatz und der CO2-Aussto\u00df reduziert worden.<\/strong> Hier finden Sie eine <a href=\"https:\/\/fodjan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Mikroalgen_fuer_nachhaltige_regionale_Wertschoepfung.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">Ver\u00f6ffentlichung zu den ersten Ergebnissen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Von Juni 2021 bis Oktober 2022 stehen die praktischen Versuche zum Einsatz von Mikroalgen in der F\u00fctterung der Vormast an. Dazu werden bei mehreren Vormastgruppen mit jeweils 300\u00a0Tieren zus\u00e4tzlich 5\u00a0Wochen lang mit Mikroalgen aus dem Chlorella-Cluster gef\u00fcttert. Insgesamt k\u00f6nnen so im Versuchszeitraum \u00fcber 2000\u00a0Schweine gef\u00fcttert werden, welche mit der gleichen Anzahl von Schweinen unter gleichen Haltungsbedingungen, aber ohne Algenzuf\u00fctterung, verglichen werden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Es werden auf der einen Seite Daten zu Tierwohl, Produktivit\u00e4t und Tiergesundheit erhoben (z.B. Zunahmen, Produktqualit\u00e4t, Krankheiten, \u2026).
