Your task

As a Software Product Manager, you will shape our digital products from vision to delivery. You assume end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that our solutions meet company goals and optimally serve evolving customer needs.

• Developing and communicating a compelling product vision and defining the Product Roadmap, based on market analysis, competitive benchmarks, and company goals.
• Prioritizing product features, balancing stakeholder input against user experience and technical feasibility. Creating detailed Product Requirements.
• Steering and coordinating the entire product development process (Ideation, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales). Ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitors to develop market-driven pricing models.

What you bring to the job

• Proven experience as a Software Product Manager in a technology-driven company.
• Background in software development, project management, or product marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Knowledge of the Ag-Tech domain is a significant advantage.
