Your task

As a Software Product Owner you will be the central interface between stakeholders and our development teams. You will define the product vision, manage the Product Backlog, and ensure that our digital solutions, which are transforming the agricultural industry, consistently deliver value.

• Responsibility for the Product Backlog, its definition, and prioritization.
• Gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
• Communicating product requirements to the development team.
• Planning and coordination of releases and sprints.
• Ensuring that the delivered functionality meets the acceptance criteria.
• Adjusting the product strategy based on user feedback and market trends.

What you bring to the job

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development.
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience in international teams is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector or AgTech products is a major plus.
• Fluent German and English skills.
