Required package: fodjan Dairy Cow (Pro or Premium App)
In fodjan, you can import your milk report and clearly display the results of the report in a graphical evaluation. In this article you will learn how to successfully set up the milk report interface
- In the left menu, go to Administration > Interfaces.
- In the category “Other” you will find the item “Milk Report data import”. Click on it.
- Enter the customer number in the corresponding field – you can also use our setup wizard. This will help you to read out your customer number directly from your milk report file and thus successfully activate the interface..
- To do this, click on the button “Setup assistant” below or on “Check customer number” if you have already entered a customer number.
- Once you have entered the correct customer number, click on the “Activate” button at the bottom right.
Your milk report interface is now activated. How to import your milk report into fodjan Pro is explained in the following section.
Your testing institute does not automatically send your test data to fodjan. For the import into fodjan Pro, you have 3 variants at your disposal, which we present to you in the following.

Option 1: Upload on the overview page
The easiest way to import the milk report is via the overview page. To do this, go to Overview in the left-hand menu. Click here on the Import button “Milk report”.
Upload your milk report in ***.ads format and then go to the “Import” button.
Option 2: Upload on the Milk report page
You can also import your milk report via the “Milk Report” page. To do this, go to Reports > Milk Report in the left-hand menu. Click on the “Import milk report data” button at the top right and follow the instructions.
Option 3: Upload by e-mail
If you receive your milk report by mail, you can also simply forward it to mydata@fodjan.de.
- Go to Administration in the bottom menu.
- Now click on “Interfaces”.
- Now go to “Milk Report”.
Enter your milk report customer number. Then click on “Save” in the bottom right-hand corner.
Now follow the instructions in the following view. Then go to “OK”. Then you can see your milk report data in the fodjan app.
Your milk report interface is thus activated. Your testing institute does not automatically send your test data to fodjan. As an App Premium user, you can send your file in ***.ads format to mydata@fodjan.de by e-mail.
