In this help article we would like to explain how you can change your password.

- First, go to the upper right corner of the screen and click on your username
- then select the “Edit user” button
- In the mask that opens, enter a new password in the “New password” field in the lower part of the screen.
- Then enter the old password again and save the entered changes
- The next time you log in, you will be able to log in with your new password.
- If you are logged in to the app, first log out. In the menu item “Administration” you will find a button to log out
- When you do this, you will land on the app’s login home page. Select “Login here” – this will open the login sheet
- Directly below you have the possibility to “Set New Password”
- You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. Also check your spam folder in case the email ended up there. Follow the instructions in the mail
