Cancel fodjan / Quit your fodjan abo

It’s a pity that you didn’t like fodjan. We are always happy to hear what you didn’t like and what you were missing – please send us your feedback to support@fodjan.de. We will be happy to treat your feedback anonymously if you wish.

  • Go to Administration > Farm. There you will find the box with all active licences on the farm at the bottom left. You will find a “Cancel” button on the corresponding licences, which you can use to automatically cancel the corresponding licence and receive a confirmation email directly (please also check your spam mailbox). If you are unsure, you can send your cancellation request (name of the farm in fodjan, preferably with URL or farm ID from the administration page, your email address from the login and from when you want to cancel) by email to support@fodjan.de and we will process it within a few days.

  • If you are unable to access the page, you do not have the necessary rights. In this case, please contact other users on your company or send an e-mail to support@fodjan.de.

When cancelling in the app, it depends on whether you purchased your licence via the fodjan payment system (direct debit or invoice) or via the in-app purchases. This way you can check the whole thing:

Step 1:

  • For Android devices in the Google Playstore: Go to your subscriptions in Google Play on your Android device. Select the fodjan subscription and go to “Cancel subscription”. If fodjan does not appear here, please go to step 2.
  • For iOS (Apple devices): Go to the Appstore app. Click on your picture/shortcut at the top right. Go to “Subscriptions” there. Select fodjan and click on “Cancel subscription”. If fodjan does not appear here, please go to step 2.

The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Step 2:

  • To be on the safe side, please send an e-mail with your cancellation request (name of the farm in fodjan, preferably with farm ID from the administration page, your e-mail address from the login and the date from which you wish to cancel) to support@fodjan.de.
