Are you thinking of trying out fodjan or are you already in the test phase and now want to book a licence? In this help article we show you how to do it. To be able to book a licence for fodjan Pro, you must first register with fodjan Pro. Then follow these steps:
1. Log in and go to Administration > Farm in the “Licences” field at the bottom left and click on the “Book licence” button. If your test phase has already expired, you will receive a corresponding message after logging in. Follow the instructions there.
2. In the following overview, select the desired product package and then click on the button “Book a licence”.
3. Enter the required data. Then click on the button “Place chargeable order now”.
Your booking is now successfully completed. You can view the validity of your licence at any time under Administration > Farm. Find out here how and where you can retrieve your invoices.
Note: All fodjan licences are subscriptions and renew automatically at the selected time interval / billing interval. You can cancel at any time before the current validity of your licence expires by sending an email to support@fodjan.de.
You can download the fodjan app free of charge from your app store, giving you unlimited access to the app’s basic functions.
However, you can upgrade to the App Premium and thus unlock further functions, see also here.
Note: For holders of a Pro licence, the App Premium is included. The login data are the same as in fodjan Pro.
How do I go about booking the fodjan App Premium?
- In the fodjan app, go to Administration at the bottom of the menu.
- The three product variants “fodjan App free”, “fodjan App Premium” and “fodjan Pro” appear at the top. If you have only registered via the fodjan App, a red exclamation mark symbol appears for the variants “fodjan App Premium” and “fodjan Pro”. To book the fodjan App Premium, click on the green symbol for fodjan App Premium.
- A window appears. Go to “Learn more” here. Scroll down here and go to the View Premium Offers button.
- Then follow the instructions:
- Select desired subscription
- Enter company data (=billing data)
- Select payment method
- Check details again and complete order
Your booking has been successfully completed. Find out here how and where you can retrieve your invoices at any time.
